Sucked up in a silver saucer,

The slime turned into men, but not quite;
Tentacled and too many teeth.

Dropped off in a flaming desert
flapping tongues replaced his legs.
A belly full of squidly larva.
Mind's eye had seen the true face of God.

Discovered by vulturous slugs;
A feast fit for a billion beasts.
The sun sunk, returned the ominous disc
To pick up their kids from their play date.

What's that in the sky?
With one giant eye!
